Third-quarter revenue rose 138.1% from a year earlier to $1,235.8m, a quarterly record by the company's account. Product revenue rose 179.4% to $1,073.6m. The fuel-cell maker also lifted the rest of its 2026 guidance. It now expects a non-GAAP gross margin of about 34%, non-GAAP operating income of $960m to $1,030m and non-GAAP EPS of $3.10 to $3.40. Chief financial officer Simon Edwards said year-to-date performance and customer demand gave the company the confidence to raise its outlook. Bloom cautions that results could differ, citing factors including supply constraints, air permitting delays that affect financing for customers' use of its Energy Servers, and whether its backlog becomes revenue.
