Financing brought in a net RMB 17.82bn over the nine months, against a net outflow of RMB 9.71bn in the same period of 2025. CMOC links the swing mainly to cash from issuing convertible bonds and higher net inflows from loans, partly offset by larger dividend payments. Financial expenses rose to RMB 1.87bn in January to September 2026 from RMB 1.03bn a year earlier; CMOC cites higher exchange losses and higher interest costs on larger borrowings.
